• You acknowledge that AIPathway Labs is under no obligation to refund any fees or charges paid by you, in full or in part, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Changes to the program schedule or start date
  • Extensions or modifications to program duration
  • Updates to program structure or content
  • Your inability to attend, participate, or complete the program

Exceptional Considerations

• You acknowledge that if a refund is provided as an exception, AIPathway Labs reserves the sole discretion to determine the method of refund. Such refund may be issued either:
  • As a cash payment, or
  • As credit toward another AIPathway Labs program of equivalent value
• You acknowledge that acceptance of any refund, where applicable, constitutes full and final settlement of all claims related to the Service purchased.
