Do I need to create an account?
To enrol or participate in programs, you must create a User Account by providing accurate and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining one account only and keeping your login credentials confidential.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. AIPathway Labs does not store credit card details or restricted financial information. Any loss or misuse of payment data stored by third-party providers is solely at your risk.
What happens if I raise a chargeback or payment dispute?
If you raise a chargeback or dispute, program access may be immediately suspended. You remain liable for all fees if the dispute is denied by your payment provider.
Does AIPathway Labs use AI-generated content?
Yes, AIPathway Labs uses AI and automated systems to generate some educational content, instructional material, analytics, and communications.
What should I know about AI-generated content?
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or require human review
• It is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes
• It should not be construed as professional, legal, academic, or financial advice
• You must independently verify the accuracy and applicability of the content

Who owns AI-generated content?
All AI-generated content, unless otherwise specified, is owned by AIPathway Labs and licensed to users for personal, non-commercial educational use.
Can AIPathway Labs modify programs after I enrol?
Yes, AIPathway Labs may modify or reschedule programs, live lectures, webinars, or content; alter assignment weightage, evaluation criteria, or program structure; and limit, suspend, or terminate access to support services, mentors, coaches, or certifications.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, you can earn certificates and badges showcasing your expertise in AI analysis and automation upon program completion.
What conduct is expected on the Platform?
You agree NOT to:
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Create hostility or disrupt learning communities
• Cheat, plagiarize, or share solutions to coursework
• Post restricted exam materials
• Spread malware or engage in unauthorized data collection
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the Platform
• Upload or share illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing content
• Misrepresent information or impersonate others
What happens if I violate the code of conduct?
AIPathway Labs may report unlawful behaviour to authorities without notice and may terminate your account.
Who owns the content on the Platform?
All Platform content, including AI-generated content, text, software, scripts, graphics, videos, audio, presentation materials, code, assignments, assessments, branding elements, layouts, and files are owned by AIPathway Labs or its licensors.
What can I do with the content?
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
What am I NOT allowed to do with the content?
You may NOT:
• Reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit Platform content
• Use content to train external AI models
• Create derivative works based on Platform materials
• Upload content to public platforms
• Use content for institutional or corporate training without written consent
• Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or access-control systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
What information do you collect?

Can I request deletion of my data?

Will I receive marketing communications?

Are there any warranties?
The Platform, programs, and all content (including AI-generated content) are provided “as-is” and “as available,” without any warranties (express or implied). AIPathway Labs does not warrant accuracy, error-free service, or any academic, professional, or financial outcomes.

Can my account be terminated?
Yes, AIPathway Labs may deactivate or terminate accounts, with or without notice, for violations of Terms, IP infringement, unauthorized content posting, misrepresentation, or unethical behaviour.
What should I do for technical issues?
For all below listed queries, please try after some time because it might happen due to technical glitch. If error / issue persists even after retries then contact AIPathway Labs at “support@aipathwaylabs.com” with appropriate screenshot of error / issue description:
• Login issues or password reset requests
• Trouble creating/verifying account
• Problems accessing enrolled programs or dashboards

Do you provide any EMI / Loan options for course fees?
No, since course charges are reasonable, we don’t provide any EMI/loan options for fees.
What are criteria and completion requirements for certification?
Learner must complete all lessons, quizzes, assignments and other learning materials as described in course. Also, learners should get minimum 80% in final quiz to qualify for certificate.
